Canadian rock legend Pat Travers brings his powerhouse blues-rock band to The Caz. Travers has been tearing up stages for five decades, from his early days playing with Ronnie Hawkins to his breakthrough years in the late ’70s and ’80s, when the Pat Travers Band became one of rock’s great live acts. Hits like “Boom Boom (Out Go the Lights),” “Snortin’ Whiskey” and “Crash and Burn” cemented his place in classic rock history.

And this is a particularly serious lineup: Travers is joined by Dave Abbruzzese, the powerhouse drummer best known for his years with Pearl Jam, and bassist David Pastorius, nephew of legendary jazz bassist Jaco Pastorius.

Opening the night: Sydney Irving & The Creatures – With a sound rooted in classic rock, blues and soulful Americana, Irving brings a powerful voice and a commanding presence well beyond her years. The Creatures deliver the kind of raw, guitar-driven live show that fits perfectly alongside a rock ’n’ roll heavyweight like Pat Travers.
